SERVICE PATROL - Duties & Responsibilities The Patrol assigned the duties of Service Patrol arrives about 15 minutes before the meeting starts to arrange the room and lay out needed equipment. As soon as the meeting is over, the Service Patrol for the evening gets to work putting away equipment (chairs, tables, etc.) used, cleaning up the room, sweeping/vacuuming the floor, emptying the trash and replacing trash liners, cleaning the bathrooms - including toilets and sinks and replacing paper products, and finally turning off the lights. Reports supply needs to Quartermaster. PROGRAM PATROL - Duties & Responsibilities Performs opening flag ceremony under SPL direction. Works with patrol advisor on presenting the program, tied to the monthly program theme as planned at the annual planning meeting. Plan a new game/activity for each meeting, competing by patrols whenever possible, and relate the game/activity to monthly topic where possible. CAMP PATROL - Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for planning and implementing a campfire program for each camping trip, including camp fire set up, presenting a skit and/or song. |
