NATURAL CHURCH DEVELOPMENT

Our “Action Teams” have been formed! They are called the "Red Team" and the "Blue Team". Each one is made up of about 15 church members who have volunteered to work together for about the next eight weeks. These teams have already participated in a training session, and will soon be meeting to formulate a plan of action for our congregation and its leadership to implement in the coming months as we seek to improve the spiritual and functional health of our church. The plan of action will be designed to make improvements to our “minimum factor”, Empowering Leadership. Please read all about it on our web site: www.kingswoodumc.org/ncd
