Natural Church Development

Our 2009 survey results are in, and it appears we have made major improvements on all eight of the church health growth factors. See the chart below for a comparison of our two survey scores.

 
In the 2007 survey, our "minimum factor" was, Empowering Leadership.  (Please read the FAQ's to learn more about Church Health "Growth Factors"). Our 2009 survey indicates that our minimum factor is Gift Based Ministry.
