Administrative:

• Procedural Guidelines - This document is an FAQ that provides information on "how to" get things done at Kingswood.  ..\files\Procedural_Guidlines.pdf

• Church Facility Usage Policy (REV 2009APR07)

  This policy is administered by the Board Of Trustees and is designed to give guidance to the church staff and all program and ministry leaders regarding use of the facilities.

• Facility Reservation Form (REV2011JUN14)

  This form is included as an addendum to the above policy and is required to reserve rooms.

• Kingswood Building Key Policy & Request Form

  This form is for requesting keys, alarm codes and/or Preschool Card Access.

• Check Request Form (8kb PDF File)
  This form is used by Lay Leadership to submit expenses for re-imbursement.

• Standard Youth Activity Consent Form (PDF file)
  This form is used for parental consent and medical release for youth activities and trips.
