Church Work Day Task List

March 10, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 12:00PM.

Below is a list of tasks along with the name of the person who will be providing direction for this work.

Congregation members who wish to work on one of these projects should show up prepared on Work Day and look for the person listed as the coordinator. We will all meet at 9 AM in the Gym Lobby to receive our assignments and instructions.

1. Clean Narthex and Sanctuary (Worship Committee & Altar Guild)

2. Clean large plate glass windows. CLC, Narthex and Fellowship Hall Entry. (NEED COORDINATOR)

3. Clean Sunday School Class Rooms (EACH CLASS IS RESPONSIBLE)

4. Clean choir room and restrooms. (NEED COORDINATOR)

5. Clean behind Sanctuary Choir Loft. (NEED COORDINATOR)

6. Clean Balcony. (NEED COORDINATOR)

7. Clean warming kitchen. (NEED COORDINATOR)

8. Remove spider webs from reachable exterior locations. (NEED COORDINATOR)

9. Clean debris from building "moat". (NEED COORDINATOR)

10. Complete phase 1 installation of LED lights in 46 EXIT lights. (Jim Lundy; 1-3 helpers needed)

11. Repair door lock on the door to the warming kitchen in the fellow ship hall. (Jeff Glaze)

12. Exterior Light out above entrance to children's wing, by courtyard. (NEED COORDINATOR)

13. Overhang light outside CLC double doors (near main level bathrooms) was full of water.

14. Large light pointing up at top cross (outside); gasket broken. (NEED COORDINATOR)

15. Repaint sign at corner. (NEED COORDINATOR)

16. Mold on wall around the sink in the Janitor's closet. (NEED COORDINATOR)

17. Several bathroom fans not working. (NEED COORDINATOR)

18. Bottom of nursery door is scraping the floor, needs to be fixed so floor is damaged. (NEED COORDINATOR)

19. Replace stained ceiling tiles as needed. (NEED COORDINATOR)

20. Additional tasks as identified by the Board Of Trustees.
