2012 Board Of Trustees Work Area Assignments

 BUILDING SYSTEMS: Jody Bradham, Jerry Morris

Responsibilities include: HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing, Maintenance of HVAC Systems including Thermostat Programming and Control, AC Electrical Wiring, lighting, and Building plumbing (Interior)

BUILDING INTERIOR: Jody Bradham, Jack Benninghoff

Responsibilities include: Wall repair, ceiling repair and maintenance, lighting repair and bulb replacement, general care and responsibilities for walls, floors ceilings and doors.

BUILDING EXTERIOR: Mike Maxfield, Jack Benninghoff

Responsibilities Include: Roofing, Siding, Windows, Scout Hut & Parsonage

 LANDSCAPE & GROUNDS:

Responsibilities Include; Irrigation Systems, Exterior Lighting, Signs & Marquees, Lawn Care & Maintenance, Parking Lot Care and Maintenance. Tree removal or trimming.

 KITCHENS: Mark Botsch

Responsibilities Include: Supervision/Maintenance of Kitchens and Equipment.
Includes all Kitchenettes (Youth, Pre-School, CLC, 140)

Pre-School Representative: Joan Holladay

Responsibilities Include: Working with Kingswood School Board on the facility needs of the pre-school.

TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE: Jim Lundy (Includes a support committee of both Trustee and non Trustee Church members)

Responsibilities Include: Computer & Network Systems (Systems Administrator-Jim Lundy)
Office Equipment (Copy Machines, Folding Machines, etc)
Telephone Systems (Including Voice Mail System) Jeff Glaze
Audio Visual Equipment (Video Projection, AV Carts, classroom AV)
Sound Systems
Gym Lighting System

BUILDING SECURITY: Bill Boyle

Responsibilities Include: Working with Technology Committee on operation and maintenance of the building Security (Alarm) Systems.
Also includes door security, i.e. maintenance and repair of locks, key management, lock-up and setting of alarms. Includes the Pre-School's KeyScan System. Security/Alarm Systems

 EAGLE SCOUT PROJECTS: Joan Holladay

Responsibilities Include: Acting as liaison with the Scouting Community for Eagle Scout Projects to be performed for the Church.

 CHURCH BUS: Frank Denham

Responsibilities Include: Maintenance and repair, scheduling, after use inspection, training of drivers, maintaining the list of authorized drivers, issuing keys.
